Glass Mask

To all readers~
Yesterday, I started watching Glass Mask-a beautiful drama starring Seon Woo.
Like Reply 1997, the drama starts out way back, in the 1980s. A police officer is seen beating a man up. As word gets by, the officer stakes out at a house where a suspected criminal, Shin Gi Tae is located. However, during the process of capturing the criminal, the officer shoots a pregnant woman (Shin Gi Tae's wife) and the officer's partner. No offense, but this guy has seriously got to take some shooting classes! The aim is TERRIBLE! Even someone like me could do way better.

Anyways, ridden by guilt, the officer decides to take in the child that the dead pregnant woman gave to. However, he meets the wife of the other officer that he shot. She too, cares for her newborn. The two get together and eventually marry, bringing up Yi Kyung (Shin Gi Tae's daughter) and Seo Yeon (evilness alert!). Later on as the two girls grow up, obstacles start to collide and impede their path in life as he two unravel more and more secrets about the past. Yi Kyung will not only have to deal with the idea of her father being a criminal, but the excessive demands her mother and sister place on her. As the drama progresses, her once cheerful character is replaced by a mirror image of Cinderella. Check out Glass Mask, a tVn production!

So far 4.5/5
Good acting (especially crying scenes) to Seon Woo (Yi Kyung) but some parts drag on and get the slightest bit boring. I had to skip a few parts. xD
